Possibilities are endless when it comes to interior signage. New technology and equipment give designers the ability to bring to life anything imaginable. Signage is no longer just for information or direction, it’s a way of engaging people in an informative manner. The company name or logo in a reception area becomes art; it becomes a focal point of the room – an essential part of the design.
Don’t stop with just a sign! Simply hanging a sign on the wall is not enough to differentiate your business. Let’s think about the space as a whole: Who is using the space and what do they need to use it effectively? What will make people feel comfortable, but also motivate employees to produce their best work? Our goal is to create a space that is in harmony with the culture of the people using it.
Every element in this reception area enforces Blueleaf’s corporate image. This space is warm and welcoming, but also authentic and progressive. Simple channel cut letters stand out against the warmth of a reclaimed wood wall. The customer is immediately engaged, and they know exactly where they are.
It’s typical in commercial office design to see a company logo behind a reception desk, but it often feels stale and boring. It’s our objective to create environments that are memorable; interiors that promote the client’s brand and core values; spaces that encourage growth.
Limited on space and budget, but not on style, La Petite Boutique is planning an elegant space that is also functional. Blush velvet fabric conceals wall-to-wall shelves that store everything needed at arm’s reach. The brushed brass letters contrast nicely with the textured white brick wall. The sign, along with the vintage chandelier, are the jewelry of the space.
